Hundreds of fugitives caught!


 

478 people were detected illegally residing on the island with no residence permit, following inspections carried out by the police in North Cyprus within a 5-month- period.

According to Havadis Gazetesi, dozens have been arrested for not having a residence permit, while many ‘fugitives’ were detected after being involved in police incidents.

Furthermore, many ‘fugitives’ residing in the country were also detected after going to the police, unaware of committing a crime.
