KSTU investigation: 1st hearing on June 5


 

The director and shareholder of the Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (KSTU) S.G., who was arrested and jailed for two months following the investigation carried out by the Department of Financial Crimes appeared at the Güzelyurt District Court again today.

The court ordered the first investigation case to be heard on Wednesday, June 5.

S.G. was accused of “fraudulently bank payment order”, “laundering proceeds of crime”, “forging a document and putting forged documents into circulation,” “fraud” and “obtaining money by fraud”
