British man fatally electrocuted in Ayia Napa


 

A 76-year-old British man was discovered dead in the garden of his home in Sotira, on Thursday morning.
Around 9:30 AM, he was found unconscious in his garden at around 9.30 am on Thursday. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
According to the police, the man appeared to have been working in the garden when he was found. Injuries to his hand and head suggest that he may have been electrocuted.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
