British Bases police in collaboration with the Cyprus Police, are searching for an armed suspect following a fatal shooting at a car repair shop in Ormideia late Tuesday night.
His identity has not yet been determined.
British Bases Police have cordoned off the area and are conducting a search for the perpetrator. The road leading to Xylophagou has been closed as a security measure.
The Cyprus Police are on standby to provide assistance if requested.
The investigation is ongoing.
