According to the Meteorology Department, today’s weather will be under the influence of a very hot air mass and a low-pressure system. Temperatures are expected to be around 4-6 degrees above seasonal norms, and winds will be southerly and westerly moderate becoming stronger at times. Today skies are expected to be clear. Temperatures will generally be around 36-43 ºC inland and on the coast. The temperature in the capital Lefkoşa will be around 41 ºC.
