The Meteorology Department has reported that the region will be under the influence of a high pressure system and a hot air mass.
Temperatures are expected to be 5 to 7 degrees above seasonal norms, and winds will blow northerly and westerly moderate.
Skies will be clear and slightly cloudy.
The highest temperature will generally be around 32-41 degrees inland and on the coast.
Today’s highest temperature will be 41 degrees in the capital Lefkoşa (Nicosia) .
