A yellow warning for extremely high temperatures has been issued by the Department of Meteorology.
The warning will be in effect from 9:00 PM on Sunday until 5:00 PM on Monday.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the minimum temperature in the interior, southern, and eastern coastal areas is not expected to drop below 26 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature on the western coast is not expected to drop below 25 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature tomorrow in interior areas is expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius.
