One individual has been arrested in an attempted burglary incident, in Girne.
According to a police report, a 21-year-old, believed to be involved in the burglary incident at a home at Papatya St. in Girne was arrested.
The suspect was caught red-handed by the owner of the house while trying to run away with stolen items after breaking the window of the house on Monday, March 27.
The suspect (M-O.Ö) was arrested following a complaint filed by the homeowners.
An investigation is ongoing.
